Survey

For the School Administrator
Dear School
'We need your help to develop effective health education resources that make a difference!'
Working with Cognition EducationAttitude (a registered charity) is seeking information from parents and caregivers of Year 7 and 8 students regarding their health education learning needs and ways to support parenting of this age group. Input from parents/caregivers is critical for the development of resources to support the learning needs of their children.
We ask you to please forward this email to members of your Board of Trustees and Parent Teacher Association so that they can complete the survey and give us invaluable insight. It would also be wonderful if you could include the survey link on your school website and any newsletters that may be going out shortly so that all interested parents and caregivers could respond. Survey participants can choose if they want to go into the draw to win a $100 Westfield voucher.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Kind regards
